A massive military undertaking that turned the tide of WWII to the Allied Nations favor. To those of brave service members who risked their lives both in the training exercises leading up to, and the execution of the operation. To those who died and those who survived. I just hope our generations of soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines do the legacy they created for us proud.
