Why does Human Sex Trafficking Flourish in an Anti Slavery Society?

We sing songs about freedom, we even sing songs about sex. We consider sex one of the liberties we enjoy as adults. We even had a "sexual revolution" to make sex more free. We sing songs against slavery and human bondage. We look back at history with disgust for the slavery and bondage that was so prevelant. Except there are more people bought and sold in slavery today than ever before. The fact is, sex slavery is the fastest growing criminal enterprise on Earth. That means people are more than happy to spend their money on raping slaves. No, it isn't sex. Sex is what happens when adults consent. Sex slaves don't give consent, they are raped. So in reality, rape for hire isn't abhored in our society, it is celebrated. Celebrated by the scum who force, coerce, or defraud people into sex slavery or the equally scummy people who pay money to rape slaves.
