I was a customer care representative, our job is to solve the problem of all customers that will call us. Yesterday, that wasnt really a nice day to me, until Mr. Joker called in. I assist him as long as I can even I got a headache. At first bad conversation. Until the end that I gave him all my knowledge. And boom the issue was resolve. He appreciates my pacients and efforts to assist him. I was about to end the call, he ask for a little second, he stated "do you know the place Camelot?" , me"not really sir, im not sure and im not familiar with those places" , "its Camelot, where you can see a Camel in a lot (laugh, and a moment of silence)", in the otherhand I place him in mute, and I was laughing in my desk, him"oh, Im so sorry for that bad joke, anyway thank you for your help. I really appreciate it" the call was ended. By the way, where ever you are sir. I salute you for making me smile until the rest of my shift. It make the rest of my darkest time. Nice ti know you. (Insert: that joke was not really bad. Hehe)
