I think you need to look at your exercise program, you can target the areas you want.

Hmmm... you do realize that some men don't show a six pack for a reason, right? Yes, I used to work out a lot. Six days a week, an hour and a half every day... and no, I never did bring my six pack out.
Here, this is a picture of my daughter and I at Hoosier Pass in Colorado in 1997.
There are three main body types. One type shows a six pack without too much work. The second body type takes a lot of dedication and work before the six pack shows. The third body type... my body type never shows a six pack, no matter how much you work out or what exercises you do. Believe me, I know!

Jay is working out, also. Plus, he's riding in a bike marathon next month. He wants to get physically fit, before summer time.
