Had A Visit...

Hello fellow mylotters!!! Hope all is well with everyone!! This weekend my son had both of his daughters, so on Saturday afternoon he brought them down for a visit!! They were going to spend the night, but ended up for only a few hours and they went back home. When they drove up, the neighbor to the west (the mother-in-law/grandma/great grandma) was of course outside, having to see who was at OUR house. So, when the son got the girls out of the vehicle (she was still outside and she even waved to them) he walked over and was saying "Hi" (I even heard him from about a 1/2 block away and I can't hear very well, so he was talking that loud!) She ignored them and went in her house, out her back door and out to her chicken pen!! Yet, she always complains how NO ONE ever visits her!! My son was kind of upset, that his grandma ignored him and his daughters!! Anyways, they showed up at supper time and we were having hamburgers. The granddaughters both said that they didn't like hamburgers because they're "too greasy!!" When I was growing up and we went to some one's home for a meal, we ate what was served to us or we did without!! Well, it ended up that all the one granddaughter ate was bread (just plain ol' bread) and the other granddaughter ate fish with her grandma!! Times sure have changed since I grew up!! They were glued to the computer most of the time!! ~Peace~
