I kind of learned from the experience that listening to other people and just keeping that inside builds up a lot of anger and resentment so it's always better to be blunt about things with people and also being assertive definitely helps out....
if anyone insults you or say things on your back, it's better to approach them and clear it.. because if not it will get in your head and eat you from inside..
what do you think?

This is true. Some people can really get to your nerves. Best thing is to give chance to the other person and if they are still the same then you are better off keeping a little distance. It’s best to be in your own comfort zone and be around people who bring out the best in you!

sometimes people have already made up their minds about you, so it doesn't matter what you say or do.
