Since yesterday evening, I'm not feeling healthy. I had this lower neck pain at the right side. I did some quick stretching hand-neck exercise and I'm feeling bit relieved.
Now, I picked up on the tooth pain. Most of my tooth are paining and I'm feeling sick about it. I miss doing my oil-pulling exercise. That kept my teeth so healthy. I should get started with that again.
Oil pulling has a wide range of benefits -
* Healthier gums * Removes Bad breath * Improves Skin tone * Helps in hair growth and many ..(Just google at your convenience and you will find so many are benefited through this simple procedure.) It all requires is a good dedication.
I used to do this oil-pulling every morning before I brush and I myself have seen so many benefits out of it. I regret stopping that now. Will continue this soon.. =)
Earlier, when I browsed how it all works : they list that - the outer structure of the oil will attract the outer structure of the germs. Through this magnetic-kind of property they pull most of the germs.
Has anyone tried/ is doing oil-pulling?
How are you people doing? What plans for the rest of the day?

@smileyhema The fact is that there is no evidence to support the claims made for the benefits of oil pulling. The practice was in fashion in 2014 but after more than 5 years there still is no credible evidence to support this. Ayurvedic medicine uses sunflower oil.

@smileyhema at first, I noticed my teeth became whiter and cleaner. Coffee stains were also removed.

I have never heard about it. I go to the Y, 5 days a week for exercise and I see my doctor and dentist yearly and follow their rules... so far so good. I'm painting today so I took a break and came to the computer. I hope your day is a good one.

Yes. Getting better but have few bad days as well.. I could just presume that I'm weak and I need some change in my diet.
