Grilled Cheese Sandwiches are the best. What is your Favorite Cheese and Bread for Grilled Cheese.

I know grilled cheese sandwiches are simple to make but that eewy gooey cheese in between two slices of toasty bread its making my mouth water just thinking about it. What types of cheeses do you put in your grilled cheese sandwiches. i use regular cheddar white cheddar provolone mozzarrella.
The breads I use are coffee rolls cinnamon raisin bages raisin bread or italian bread or honey wheat or an english muffin. What are your grilled cheese favorites

I would put my bacon inside the sandwich with lettuce and tomato to make a blt.

I like white bread with American cheese. My oldest likes it with two slices of cheese like her daddy and my middle one doesn’t care for grill cheese and my littlest he gets a gluten free bread with two slice of American cheese.

For me the more cheese the better after all it is a grilled cheese sandwich i like it dripping out the side.

I like Swiss or Cheddar on Oatnut bread. But I also like a slice of ham on mine too. It's great with a bowl of Ramen noodles.
My wife likes processed cheese on hers.. Yuck!! lol

@VoiceofTruth7 It's funny, in my family the only thing we used Velveeta for was fish bait. I was around 20 before I found out people actually ate the stuff. Of course, I can't be too hard on them, our processed cheese of choice was Kraft. But yeah, these days the only processed cheese I eat is the cheese sauce on nachos. lol

no processed cheese for me if it says cheese food or velveeta or cheez whiz no thanks unless it is real cheese i will pass.

@VoiceofTruth7 I love grilled cheese sandwiches. I almost made one tonight with tomato soup but had pizza instead lol I love white bread with vintage cheddar cheese.

oh ok i forgot about swiss but that is a good melting cheese too.
