Hard to focus

The morning has just begun . But it is still hard for me to focus. My mind has so many things that need to be done. But the worst part is that there is some inner anxiety which fails to subside down. I think I really need to do something to ease off the pressure on my mind.

@amitkokiladitya This sometimes happens with me too.Once your mind gets diverted,you can't focus on a particular thing.

I really don't want that to happen to me, I hope you will feel better because you're right it's so very hard to focus especially if you're thinking other things!

Well... I am sure this must be troublesome to start your day like this... Just wishing you more peace of mind... Why don't you relax and try to understand the reason of anxiety so that you can work on that

I think that is typical female characteristic to try to multitask from everything. At some point it may be beneficial but when tasks becomes overwhelming they tend to become anxious and stressed. When situation like this happen it might be helpful that you stop for a while what you are doing and choose which one is to be prioritised and avoid multitasking and focus on one. Calm your mind first and do something that is achievable and less stressful then after that proceed to the next in line.

@amitkokiladitya the more you accomplished even if it’s menial task will make you feel better. When you feel you can multitask again then you go back to that since women are good at doing that.

@amitkokiladitya Even I battle precisely with the same almost every week. I found a remedy for this to prepare a to-do-list with the items in descending order of priority. Keep reviewing the list and it really eases the anxiety to a considerable extent. While I plan a travel or if I would leave from the office I am surrounded with such pressure . Also in youtube there are frequency they you can listen to overcome fear , anxiety and chakra balance frequency , side-by-side you can pursue your work with your headphones ON . I would encourage you strongly to pursue it once and feel that change .

Start doing meditation. It will help ypur inner self to calm down! Especially in the morning!

I can't meditate. O have tried it so many times bit I always find it hard to focus my mind.
