Take a moment to remind yourself that...

...you are loved! No matter what you are going through, how low something is making you feel, it will get better. So please, remember that you are a valuable human being with limitless possibilities! I feel like each one of us has at least one story of sadness, depression or hardship but we hardly get a chance to share it. Especially since sometimes the world seems to be populated by negative people who don't care or even enjoy your suffering. If you want to take a moment to share a story, or simply how the week has been treating you, I'd like this to be a space you can do just that.

Hello there! I love Naples, I recently visited it. Capri island has some breathtaking landscapes to enjoy. I'm from the north, so it's mostly valleys and rivers. Have you ever visited Italy?

@Emeraude Mostly valleys and rivers in the north? I would say mostly big companies and pollution. You are lucky if you live in a place with valley and rivers, surely a very little town.

Yes sharing is very essential for life to get out of the stress. It was the time when my baby was only 2 months old. It was the year 2010. My hubby and my my father-in-law had bought a refrigerator for my little one. I was freed my baby at the same time when they came home. My mother in law suddenly came to my room and snatched my baby from feedings to show her the refrigerator. I just can't forget the moment till now.

We are only human. It is good to feel the sadness sometimes to let us know how warm the sun is and how great we have it sometimes.

ya, we should be stay positive as always. we should not let negativity eat us, eat our system. instead of focusing on the thing why you are depressed why don't try to change the way how you think. It will be more helpful. Right dear?

I think that sometimes we can get caught up in a vicious circle of wallowing in self-misery and then staying depressed because it's easier to let go. It's noone's fault, but recognizing this is a great first step!

This is reminder. But let's be serious that nobody cares for suffering. It hurts, demoralizing and it weakens the concern. I think what you mean for "don't care for suffering" is helping out those who suffer.
