I think my aunt's OC got into me...

When I say OC, I mean the obsessive-compulsive personality disorder. I don't usually mind when I am in a messy place. But after living with my aunt for almost a year, I think I am irritated when some people make a mess. I just realize it today, after our review program. There was this girl who intentionally left an empty plastic bottle & a used tissue on a chair. I got irritated immediately and started cleaning up a bit while the others were crowding through the exit. In my mind, I want to show her that someone else cleaned up her mess and I hoped that she will feel embarrassed about it. Then I started overthinking everything about the people around me. I got really irritated by such a little thing. I feel bad for myself. I'm getting stressed even if I shouldn't be. I need some meditation. Maybe you guys can give me some yoga tips (for beginners only please).

LOL. I didn't do that at that time. I forgot the breath, relax, and count to 10 technique. I was just so frustrated at that moment.

I don't know much about yoga, but the first step to healing or improving a situation is recognizing and admitting that you're out of control, (even if it's just a little bit). So good for you! You have admitted it.
