I sure hope they do. I love Gwen Stefani, but I hate the stuff she's doing now. It sounds just like every other generic R&B rap type group/singer. I wish she'd go back to doing what she does best.

this year they are getting back together to work on a new album i hear

I don't know what the hold up is. They'd originally said they were going to work on a new one after her first album was finished. Maybe Gwen wanted to rush the release of her second album before recording with the band. That would explain why she used a lot of the songs she recorded for the first album the second time around. Course if I wasn't lazy, I'd visit the band's site and find out what's going on with them.

I've heard that they will after Gwens finished promoting/touring with this new album. I sure hope so. I don't know about this new album but I did like her first solo album. I miss No Doubt though.

Gwen is supposed to start working on a new album with No Doubt after she prmotes Sweet Escape. No Doubt has already plugged in some studio time to the new album.
