I regret to say that I do smoke and quite heavily - 35 to 40 a day. It is more than foolish of me, I know, and I have tried more than once to give it up or cut down but, as yet, to no avail!

i dont smoke... used to for a year... my friends made me stop... i was becomin a chain smoker...

No i dont smoke.I feel smoking is very injurious to health. would suggest everyone to abstain from smoking.
