Here there are 30 degrees Celsius and later we will have 35 degrees Celsius. This heat increases my anxiety. I don't have appetite. I barely eat something. I try to drink water, but I don't have AC. Without an AC it's hard to survive. Before it was easy for me to tolerate heat, but not anymore. I stay inside and I try to not move much. It's too hot here. What do you do when it's hot outside?

It's also hot here in our country. I even get headaches when I go out even when I am wearing a cap. At home, I often cool myself by taking a cold shower and turning on the electric fan. Or if I am somewhere nearby a place with a shade tree, I go there. The tree seems to bring some breeze in its surroundings.
Keep yourself hydrated. And some cold desserts helps a bit, it just makes you more thirsty though.

I'm very thankful I have air conditioning otherwise I don't think I would be able to deal with the heat.
Maybe keeping a cool wet towel around your neck would help?

Fans and AC and maybe a cold soak in the tub. Staying hydrated with water as you mentioned is very important.

30_35 degree celsius is a pretty pleasant weather for India. We are having horrible heat in North. Mercury is touching 48_50 in few places.
It's good to stay inside and keep yourself hydrated.

I drink a lot of water and take a few cold showers a day to cool off.
