Have You Ever Seen a Red Peony??

I have seen lots of this summer shrub, but never a red one until this year. I'm not sure if it is something new or there is simply something in our soil that is turning them red? I was so sure that they were simply varying shades of pink. Now, I have a new quest for my summer walks. I am curious to see if I will find another color that I wasn't expecting.
Anyone have peonies in their garden??

I can't believe that I have never seen this color before! Today alone I saw about five different gardens with them featured!! Drought... not happening here. I don't think that I even need to put the water barrel out for the rain water!!
