Please help about payment option

When I want to update my payment option, there's only ikobo thats available. I can't change payment information for paypal. Anyone can help me? or paypal is default payment system, and use my email when i register mylot for paypal's email

Its because paypal is not available in your country. Its opposite in my case. I cant see the option of ikobo in my payment information

thank you kage2k3, I am from Indonesia and today paypal is available for people from Indonesia. I already register for paypal account and in process of verification.
