I got a sunburn

Hi folks. I have been at the Black Sea beach on Saturday and I wanted to get a tan so I stayed in the sun for several consecutive minutes. The problem is that my skin burns now and it will last a while until it will stop bothering me. I have posted a pic of my bicep to show you how red my skin is after the sunburn. When I got back in Bucharest and I got out of the bus that drove me there, I was walking like a robot, moving really weird. On top of that, I was also feeling like it was cold / cool outside and was shaking a little bit too. Overall, I don't regret this but I think I shall use a special cream next time when I will try to get a tan from the sun because it will probably not burn as bad as it does without it. To be honest, I thought I can handle the burning sensation pretty easy but it turns out that I am not that tough of a guy as I thought. Did you ever get a sunburn and how bad did it burn? Did you have trouble even while laying on the bed? Can you share some information regarding this issue?

Use sunblock next time. Sun burns may look nice but they are really bad for your skin

The sun helps with the body to create or absorb some vitamin D though.

@Cristi_Ichim Yes, moderately. once you have a sunburn you have exceeded the sun exposure etc

Gotta be careful with the sunburn. Not good for your skin. Aloe vera is good for burns.

You should use a sunscreeb if you are sensitive to the sun even on grey days the sun can still burn in the summer that is.
