Back from the gym

On this gorgeous evening, it was perfect to walk to the gym and back with a gentle breeze, warm temps and plenty of sunshine. It's actually feels like summer and not have some crazy wackadoodle weather conditions. We did get a lot of rain so far and might even beat our 1902 record for having 9 inches of rain in June!
We had a decent-sized class today when we've used the 3-pound balls for the prop du jour for our routine. Here's what we did in no particular order with and without the balls:
1 100 Cycle (on back) and 1 Swimming Cycle
6 Double Leg Stretches and 6 Single Leg Stretches (3x/side for both)
6 Criss-Crosses (3x/side) and 4 Arm Raises (2x/side)
6 Peel-Ups and 6 Knee Roll-ups (3x/side)
3 Up Dogs, 3 Down Dogs and 4 2-Legged Down Dogs (2x/side)
2 Sidekick Series with 4 Big Clams and 2 Mermaid Stretches (1x/side)
2 Tree Poses (1x/side) and 2 Pigeon Poses (1x/side)
2 Bent Elbow and Straight Arm Planks
I think that's about it for tonight.

Glad it stayed nice while you walked. I do not want to beat that record.

Yoga is very effective, for helping a person release stress.

@KristenH OH, I thought you were doing these exercises, in a yoga class.
