Everytime you smile at someone. It is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing..

Another beautiful quote to share.
I was in the ER for my fractured hip last February, I was in total pain and I keep crying. The ER was full of patients, from old ones, adult and kids. I was in pain when a 3 year old girl look at me, she also has a fractured hand because of the cast I saw. I look at her and she smile at me, it was like telling me not to worry and that everything will be okay. That kind of smile makes me feel better. That moment the pain subsided because of the pain reliever. But that smile touched me.

A smile, a kind word, or a simple nod of the head is a very reassuring thing. That little girl knew exactly what you needed at that moment.

I guess the intense pain made you sensitive by your surrounding that is why the innocent smile made you feel good. And I think there are times in our life that we should be more sensitive and appreciative even the small smiles we see creates good feeling to us.

Smile is so powerful. I stimulates our heart. It is medicinal for it changes our shifted mood and emotion. It said that : Smile though there is no reason to smile and laugh though no reason to laugh to make life beautiful. It seems hard to do, yet let's try to remedy a bad feeling or situation.

Although I like to smile around others; I also like to say hello to other people.
