Should I Start a Tutorial at YouTube?

I just decided to apply as a public school teacher in senior high school. That is why I have thought of making video tutorials which are related to what I am teaching (Math).
First, I have realized that I shouldn't expect much financial support from the government of our country. The budget given in each school is not enough to provide holistic learning for the kids. And they said, if you request for support, it will take years before the school will receive the budget. And it has to be approved before that.
Second, many teens in public schools are unmotivated and lack interest in my subject. I think it is because there are too many of them in a class (50-80 students). And it will be hard for me to accommodate those who need more help in understanding the lesson. Many of them still did not understand the lessons they had in junior high. And it's hard to teach the complex topics when they didn't master the basics. But the time given to me is not enough when I have to teach them their previous lessons and also teach my lessons.
If I made tutorials on YouTube, I could somehow expand my teaching time. Especially since many teens nowadays are hooked in their gadgets. And if the videos get enough attention, maybe I can earn from it and buy pieces of equipment for the school.
Maybe you could give some suggestions/recommendations on this matter. Or some tips on how I should make the videos. I already have an idea in my head, but I think there are a lot of missing pieces here and there. So, your advice will be helpful.

i agree. since they're always on their gadgets, or renting PCs, then having a youtube channel to help explain/expand on what they see/hear in class. it might also help in other schools all over the country as well.
