Work promotions

Do you think you will be promoted at your work place in the next couple of years. Why or why not? And would you stay if you weren't promoted?

I doubt it, I work in a Residental Care Facility aka nursing home, there is no where else to go but where I am at now. Oh yes I will stay til I live there probably.
