So annoyed

My co-worker didn't tell me that she had asked for a leave until I asked her.
Annoyed.
I knew that it was her private thing.
However, I think I should be informed that she didn't back to work today in advanced. Otherwise, I can't arrange effectual work plan according to actual situation.
God knows what the hell why she asked for leaves at least for 3 times this month.
I just wish to work with someone who are responsible for his work. But it seems difficult for me.
Go back to work....with a broken heart lacking energy.

Your co-worker definitely needs discipline. Surely, your manager must take note of those frequent leaves. There must be a good reason. Give your co-worker the benefit of the doubt. There could be a predicament somewhere.

@Behindtheguitarbar Yes, to each his own, the adage goes. Plus, that's the decorum called for in the workplace. Kudos to you.

Well, it's her private personal thing. I won't ask her the reason. Just work as normal will be fine I think.

Thank you. It was much embarrassed to ask whether she had asked for a leave or not.

Does she work under you? I mean are you like their area leader or something? Or are you both working on the same area (same responsibilities)?
