Perhaps driving slow is not always safe

Whenever I hear people talk of driving , many of them favor driving safe is the key for driving safe and I usually contradict with them all. The average speed of the road should be adapted by any communters and at the same time I see even on honking, people usually wont give room to overtake . I am not so terrible in honking as much as I notice drivers who just do so hard that anyone could turn impatient to strike a fight , this is one of the reason of road rage. While there is green signal indicating that vehicles can cross , I bet it is the very moment even pedestrians also cross the road in a direction that blocks the traffic again. I have noticed in majority of the intersections there is a lack of lane discipline as well. How is the traffic in your area , do you struggle with congestion while running to office in peak hours ??
