Women caught stomping on a sea turtle nest!

People in Miami Beach, Florida called Police when they saw a women stomping on a protected sea turtle nest. According to the report, the witnesses and Police saw her doing it. Why would anyone do something like that?

Why would knowing what her motive was matter? It's unthinkable to think that anyone would do such a thing?

@flpoolbum Of course, it matters. A judge always tries to find a motive. In order to find the appropriate punishment it must be known. If the woman is crazy and a psychiatrist can vouch for that, the punishment will be lighter than if she did it with malicious intent.
