Condo unit? or House and Lot?

Nowadays most of the condo units are so very amazing, your room will be on the 4th, 5th or soon, you'll have a pool since it's a part of a condo unit that you've purchased, there's a guard on the building for your safety and having a wonderful parking lot, (But there are condo unit doesn't offer parking lots) while having your own house and lot is pretty awesome too, but your room isn't located on 5th or 6th floor since usually houses has 2 to 3 floors you can also make your own customized pool and a house with a parking lot, but how about you? Which one do you want? Condo unit or House and Lot?
