Who or What Motivates You To Work Hard?

Most of the people who work hard are those people who have the motivation, without motivation, they'll start to feel bored on their work that ends with passing their resignation since they're bored at work, but there are people who stayed in a company for more years and never feel bored since their motivation is their family, some motivations are to buy cars or house! How about you?

My family for sure. I have to fulfill the commitments on every month so for that I have to do work and earn.
