Pain...

I've been dealing with a lot of pain lately--my back, of course--and the other day, I was noticing a lot of pain in my left hand. I'm guessing it's arthritis, though the next time I see my regular doctor I'll ask about it. I guess it wouldn't matter, but my left hand, thankfully, is not my dominiant hand--though I suppose it will turn up in my right hand, too. I was thinking of getting a pair of "arthritis gloves"--have you ever used something like that if you have arthritic hands? If so, what kind do you use? I looked them up and found a list of what are supposed to be the five "best" ones. I was leaning toward a brand called Therall.

My mom did too--both. Maybe I should ask the doctor if it's carpal tunnel?

I have Psoriatic Arthritis in both hands, I haven't used gloves, however when resting have used a small Tens machine which send electric pulses to my hands which relieves pain for a bit.

I have been getting a few aches and pains too. I guess it is because I am getting older.
