Delicous way to consume green mangoes

Green mangoes are normally used in curries or pickled
We had two green mangoes that fell off the tree. We do not make pickle but remembered a recipe that transforms a green mango into something delicious and filling.
It is called 'Mango Phool'

The green mango shake you are talking about could be the same as mango phool.

There are not too many green mangoes around here but I do love them and don't mind if they're a little unripe.

@allknowing No but I've never had a truly green one. There are some different types though.

Mango phool is different from pickling mangoes. Mango pickle is normally spicy
