The effective way that I knew is vinegar. Soak a couple washcloths in vinegar (1 part vinegar to 2 parts water) and place them on the forehead and tummy or wrap them around the soles of your daughter feet. And make sure she drink a lot of water to keep her hydrated. If her fever didn't cease, you better take her on emergency. It's rainy season, there is lot of mosquito this season.

I always gave them baby tylenol and called the doctor right away. A constant high fever can cause brain damage.

Cool baths and cold compresses should help her feel more comfortable. Are you giving her any medicine such as Children's Tylenol or Mortin?

(From the net) Can externally applied approaches help? These approaches cool the body from the outside without treating the cause of the fever. They include lukewarm or cool wraps or baths, cold drinks and very light clothing. You can also fan the child, dab them with a wet sponge or cloth, or open the window. It is important to always make sure the child feels comfortable, and that he or she is not getting too cold. Cooling lower legs with wet towels is a popular home remedy. This involves dipping two towels in water – lukewarm water for children, or alternatively cold water for adults. The towels are wrung out a bit and wrapped around each of the child’s lower legs. Dry towels are then wrapped around the wet towels, and the towels are left on for about 10 to 20 minutes. If the child's arms and legs are cold despite their fever, it is better not to cool them in this way. If the fever hasn't disappeared tomorrrow, call a doctor.

have you try paracetamol for your daughter?
25 Jun 19
Paracetamol over the counter is the safest and fastest way that i know. In just 30sec it will be fine. Or if u cannot go out. Just keep on wiping her entire body with a cold wet cloth. To cool down her hot temperature.
