it's nearly two years that I've been in the hostle with this roommate and just a week back i discovered that he is gay.. since then and finding it difficult unknown know whether I should continue to be in the same room or shift

Hi rms2727, If you have been living with this person for two years then it appears that you two get along, why should anything change? If you both respect each other then I don't see a problem with it. That's the same thing like him saying he should move because your straight. Friendship should mean more than that the fact that he sleeps with a man instead of a woman. Don't let your friendship end over him being different. Hope things continue to work out for you two. It's very hard to find a good roommate and friend. Have a good day!
