which is better: website or application?

I guess it depends on what the website/app is for...some things I prefer an app, while other I prefer the website.

That is a pretty general question, it really depends for me. I usually prefer the website if I am looking for something just cause my screen for the computer is a lot bigger than that on my phone. If it is something simple and going to be done in seconds I can pop on the app and get it done.

I think having a website is better because you can open a website both on a computer or a mobile phone. There are a lot of websites that are mobile-friendly. I think having an app is just a plus but it's not essential. MyLot is one example. If I don't have a computer around, I use my phone to open myLot.

Apps are created to suit the needs of those who are using theit phone in accessing the Internet. But of course, there are limitations.
I would rather prefer apps for I am using my phone since the day my laptop's performance became slow.
