How often do you eat instant noodles?

Its 10pm in my place and i just got home from campus and mall. I had a lunch box, free lunch box to be exact from my campus, and then i ate some snacks that i bought at the mall. And then i feel this sound in my stomach and yes i am hungry again. So i decided to cook myself an instant noodles. I didnt take a picture of my instant noodles because im super hungry i forgot to take a pic so here is pic from pixabay.
What about you guys? Do you eat instant noodles often?

I never really eat them, unless we are talking about something like Ramen which takes like 3 minutes or so to cook. I used to eat a lot of that, but these days with my salt restriction I can't eat the stuff. But I used to like to make Ramen noodles with a fried egg on top. Yummy.

My kids love them. We probably eat them a lot more than we should since they are not very healthy

Yes some times I eat instance noodles when my husband isn’t going to be home for dinner and I eat dinner after my kids go to bed. So sometimes what the kids have for dinner I don’t really want to eat so I’ll heat up instant noodles instead for myself.

@sophie09 no, every few weeks if I have any. I have ramen right now in the house but the kids eat it for like lunch of dinner some nights. I couldn’t do it every day. Last night I had some leftover eggs and then a frozen microwaved pizza.

@sophie09 I used to eat noodles a lot when I was a teenager as they were more convenient but I rarely eat them nowadays. I only love the chicken flavoured ones though.

Maybe once in 2 weeks. If it's a colder weather I might eat it every 3 days for the soup is warm and I add Spam for meat to make it a more complete meal. I like instant ramen...for variety I get soba, udon and saimin too. It's a fast meal so easy to cook up or just add very hot water and eat away.

every once in a while I get in the mood for instant noodles, but they're always so salty. I cook them and add in my own veggies, chicken, and sesame seeds to make it a little more tolerable, and I only use half of a flavor packet.
