My day was so bad yesterday with my headache driving me so crazy. I don't know, I tend to get it often these days. One thing that triggers my headache is because, I had stopped taking my morning coffee. (I know that's something I don't want to give up, but I had to .. ) The reason is organic as well. I'm just trying out with herbal tea in the morning. Herbal tea with honey is also awesome to have in the morning. But surely, nothing can beat the morning coffee. Let's see if I start to like the herbal tea, I might continue this for sometime. Stopping coffee really takes a toll on me and gives me headache. I'm sure that's a mind-block. It's so many years of experience that I'm breaking down. But with all this, I had a sweet experience with my daughter. Let me put that conversation(translated from my native language) Mayuri : mama! Come let's play with this blocks. Me : mmh! I'm coming in a while. Please take that out from your room and I shall join Mayuri : mama! Please come now. Come along to take that. Me : I wish I can come.. but something is not good and driving me crazy.. Mayuri: * she just stares* mama, come no!! Me : dear, I have head-ache and I'm not feeling good Mayuri : oh, is it? Wait ..let me come and hug you.. Me : with all smiles..I just kept hugging and kissing her forgetting all about the headache. That was so cute from her. I don't even know if she knows the meaning of headache. But she found that mumma was not fine. She was so compassionate enough to hug me. She really passed on the positive vibes on me and cured my headache. She is just going to be 3 by this October. I really wonder, she has so much maturity at this very young age. I'm surely learning from her. Have your kids surprised you in any occasions just like this? :-) Picture : My daughter.

I don’t think i’ll ever stop drinking coffee. If I have to cut it down, I will but I just can’t have a day without coffee.

Oh I get it. I was also on the same page, but I had to try this and move on.. I miss them badly though. Having said that, I definitely don't want to stop it fully.. I can have them occasionally..

Oh I get it. But for me, it's like coming out of this addiction or as I think it could be purely my mindset..

@smileyhema try coffee in the morning then tea in the afternoon, or tea in the morning then coffee in the afternoon. i looked up mayuri and the result was 'female peacock.' i thought it was a japanese name.
