Making homemade onion crisps

I'm making homemade onion risps with flour, butter, onion, and a little sugar and salt. Now I'm going to deep fry them. After that I need to clean my kitchen. I made it so messy. Have you ever made homemade onion crisps?

It tastes like onion rings. I used grinded onion and other ingredients like flour and butter .

Quite similar with onion rings. But here I grinded the onions and mixed them with other ingredients
