How do you feel without eating and drinking?

To some people, a day without food and drink is night mare. But if you are determined not to eat and drink, the feeling is different: you are not hungry nor thirsty. Things are okay with you until the end of yor fast.
How are things going with you now? I hope everything is fine.

In our customs, the 11th day that comes after every Full Moon and No Moon day, we're advised to fast in the name of God. My inlaws does this. But I haven't tried that yet. The science behind this is, you're giving the body some time away from all the food toxins.
It's something I will do when I get bit older. =)

No. Last May we fasted for 30 days. At night we ate and drank. So, it was okay.

When I was so much sad, I couldn't eat or drink. I didn't feel hungry at all.

Of course, we feel weak. But in fasting where there's a purpose of doing, our thirsty and hunger are justified.
