So I didn't get a chance to get on here yesterday at all so hope all of you who celebrate, had an awesome 4th of July. I hope all of you that like to use the fire works are not starting your day with a new nick name, like finger or lefty.
I had a good day and made my rounds and ate to much food. I drove (33 miles) to my daughters house for a while, seen the whole little family including the grandkids and had a burger and chips, then we headed to my oldest son's place (24 miles) and hung out with him for a while and had steak and some potato salad. Then (39 miles) to my dad's for a quick hello and off to mom's (9 miles) to say hello, and some chips and a few cookies. Then up (27 miles) to the older of my two sisters, where both my sisteres were for the day. Of course I had to have a brat and sauerkraut, cause nothing says America like Sauerkraut LOL. Then the short (21 miles) ride back home.
Nothing like a near 150 miles covered in Wisconsin and Illinois for your 4th of July. But I did it with my youngest son and we had a great time listening to music and talking and laughing. Of course by the time I got home I was so tired. I didn't see fireworks cause I was to tired to go any where else and I had to work this morning so I went to sleep pretty early.
The day was good, I seen the whole family and I didn't lose any fingers so it was a win all around.

I only went to my great-aunt's house. I didn't see any fireworks either. It rained a little bit here.
