Because you don’t get a lot of responses, you block members?

As I was busy interacting and responding to discussions under the Recent Discussions, I found out that one member blocked me. Why I know? Because I can’t respond to his post. This guy is a member here and been here with myLot a long time. I checked his Profile and his discussions and based on what I’ve seen, he doesn’t have a lot of responses. No wonder. This guy is bitter. I didn’t even come to interact with him because he never been in to my post. And I know some members knows him. Well, it’s his choice to block member whom he doens’t like.

It might be an error or a mistake. It may not be intentional. Just like on Facebook, I left or removed someone on our group chat. I wasn't aware of that until someone approached me.

It could be accidental. I have been blocked, but no biggie. In general I don't block anyone just I select what I want to comment on or not.

No point because the post will still show. If blocking, erased the person completely from seeing their stuff or something then I could see that happening.

@JustBhem Judging from how you've described this person and from what other people are saying in this post, I am 99% sure who you are talking about. If it's who I believe it is and he blocked you, good chance there was a reason. And a very pathetic reason too. And yep, again if this is the same person, I can see the very little responses he is getting now. But he doesn't realise that it's because he is being very rude and irrational towards people here.

I used to feel sorry for him and want to help him but now I just feel sorry and awful for his family for his behaviour. He needs mental help! I don't mean that in a funny way. Yes, Dani. He’s been active here and been getting less responds because he likes to block people, he blocks people if the one he hates is your friend too, then he will block you.

Ive been blocked by a longtime member too ! Wont say names!! What was his beef with me, the fool called me a name!! As nice as i am!! But ive blocked a few myself!!

If a person blocked you, then never mind them (unless you think the block was by accident - I have done that a couple times but fixed the situation immediately after finding out!). That's one less person to deal with - but that person is missing out!

There are a couple of member that blocked me and I never interacted with them in the past. Of course they do not risk to see my comment in the future. Their loss, not mine.
