Suicide

Have you ever think of committing suicide? Suicide is an evil act and you should think twice on committing it. Just consider the love ones you will leave and how would they feel about you being dead.

That’s true but those with clinical depression have this condition that really debilitates their thinking. We should always convince them to go away from it if ever they are thinking of committing it.

@ginamel And they should be understood and cared for. These people usually are confused and at times these people just need guidance and attention so that they will come to their senses.

I’m usually an optimistic person but there was a point in my life where I felt so hopeless that it crossed my mind briefly. It’s mostly due to family pressures. But thank goodness I made it through without harming myself.

@ginamel Sometimes we don’t really cause our depression but the people around us. And yes a strong attitude and a good coping mechanism helps us get through it. As well as, the support of friends and family.

@ginamel Well I agree although here in the Philippines it’s not really very common. But they are an option.

@flapiz Yes I agree. Sometimes our studies makes us stress too. But whatever it is, it just so important to seek professional help if ever advices from families and friends wont work anymore.

I thought of it briefly when I was very young, but was not real seriously. Since then, never. I would not do it. Just as you say, it is evil , leaving loved ones traumatized.

Absolutely not. Someone very close to me did that and all I can think about is the pain he left everyone with. That will never be an option for me.
