Do you feel bad if someone tells you they don’t like you?

Of course, I think we all are.
This happens when my Team Leader told one of my team mates that she don’t like her to be in our team. We are all shocked when we all heard that from her. My team mate was in shocked too and ask our Team Leader why, she simply said ‘you are a mess, and that she don’t want her to mess our team.
This team mate came from a broken team who’s stats are not good that’s why their team was dissolve, and she was put in our team. Our team that time was in the Top 5 for more sales. And our TL don’t want to lose that fame.
My thoughts is, my TL should have told that team mate of ours in other place or in a nice way possible. She just humiliate her.

She's mean. Her position doesn't give her the right to humiliate anyone. Anyway, I was already told that someone didn't like me. Worse is, she made it sure that I felt it and in my presence, she's very nice with everyone but me. At first, I was affected. I was downhearted and tried to win her affection, but I gave up, so I just did my job and tried so hard not to be affected by her. In the end, she still didn't like me but at least she became subtle and dealt with me professionally.

There is always other way round to tell, by correcting a person and proper talking, I doubt team leader seems to be very direct and talk whatever comes to mind

I really could care less at the end of the day what people think of me. Some people will like me, some will not. Same goes for others. I will like some, and others not. It's just the way it is.
As for the team leader, while I think the approach may have been wrong, I don't know anything about the team member she is referring to. She could be justified in her thoughts. Not everyone is a good worker just because they show up and accolades are not a given. They are earned.

If a person don't like me , they should keep it to themself.

If somebody doesn't like me, do I really need to know that? Maybe they should just keep that go themselves.

I'm sorry but with what she said it's not motivating and you may truly loose that top 5 if she doesn't help this new team mate of theirs.
