Well that didn't work either

Today is really starting to suck. I got to the usual hangout and my husband's SUV was in the parking lot. We haven't gone there together or been there at the same time since December. Things are fine between us and we have "joint custody" of the place but I think it would be weird for both of us to be there but sitting at opposite ends of the bar. He seems to be in a strange mood after our lunch on Friday anyway. I haven't heard from him at all since Friday night. Nothing yesterday or today.
So I left and now I'm back at the apartment. At least I got to pick up some prescriptions on the way back. What else can go wrong today?

I imagine it would have been awkward being there and not being together.

I am sure that was awkward..maybe it would be best to avoid him for awhile, until you are both in a better place.

@NJChicaa Although I do not know you personally, you are a sweet and thoughtful person to know online. Someone, in time, will come along, and recognize that in real life, and sweet you off of your feet.
But you have to finish the journey that your heart is currently on.
But know that you are not alone, you have friends thinking of you along the way.

I would have went inside, sat down and had lunch, if he wanted to speak it would have been his choice and not mine. Its weird to see who you divorced in public but if its the usual hang out, everyone already knows anyways.

That's a shame, you didn't feel comfortable going into your favorite handout. I wonder why his mood has changed, since lunch on Friday! Why doesn't he just talk to you, instead of making you wonder?
