depends on how much u trust him...if u can trust him with ur daughter then it would be better to see if u can try and adjust with him for her sake...if u can't, then better leave him.

Is it best for your daughter to be around her father with his criminal activites. It might be hurting her more than helping her. I'm sure she wants to be around her father, but you know best as a parent and mother. Good luck.

If he has a lot of enemies your daughter might be an innocent victim if something happens when she is with him. If he is a violent criminal I think for the safety of yourself and her you have to leave him. But, get a restraining order from the courts before you do it in case he may have a temper and take it out on you or her.
