Do These Things and You Won't Regret
There are things in life, that are free and easy to do, but they're neglected. But if you do them, you get and enjoy the benefits.
Eating veggies and fruits are good for the body. They're considered as regulating foods.
Walking is a good exercise and it is free. It is good for the heart.
Sleeping is good when it's not overdone. Sleep early and wake up invigorated.
Laughter has been said as the best medicine. It improves the circulation of the blood and it's also good for the heart.

After years of neglecting to pay attention to my diet, I now face the strong possibility of a type 2 diabetes diagnosis. I'll find out for sure next week. I have already begun working on losing weight, I am taking a class on Preventing Type 2 Diabetes (yeah, I know, I am a little late on this one but still I am learning about diet) And have begun paying attention to the things I do eat.
