So doctor says the eye twitching is because of excess intake of the caffeine. Like say soda based pepsi or coke.. my consumption was daily and he also said these caffeinated foods cause blood pressure too.. And add to that there is also less than 8 hours of sleep..
It all contributed to eye twitching.. So its revealed now.
How's your Wednesday going?

@arunima25 That is the right thing you did it. Now they won't drink it any more. My elder son got some lectures on the same when he was in high school after that he too won't drink it.

So true! Pepsi is nothing but pesticide. I keep a big bottle to clean my tough stains in sink once a week. Now my daughters see what a good cleansing agent it is and stay away from it.

Yes caffeine causes eye twitching if taken in excess. One of my friend suffered from constant twitching and doctor felt that it was due to her stress and insomnia. It's like a muscle spasm that happens when muscle is too tired or when there is electrolyte imbalance or blood pressure fluctuations. Take care. Sleep well.

@skysnap Oh! Pepsi is a really bad choice. It's quite harmful for health. You should try to get over it. Why you could not get your food in??
