Something good. Something wonderful I have done today.
I was able to cover a total of 6.71 kilometers of walking. And 555 calories burned by taking 9,515 steps in today's walking exercise.
I felt something refreshed and invigorated.

@Kanubanu You're still young. But it doesn't matter. You've to exercise. For me, walking is very practical.

I don't even count steps. It's the app in my phone. As soon as I start walking, I enable it. When I am done walking, I stop it and get the reading.
