Why am I failing?

I loveee working out. It makes me feel like I've accomplished something.. doing small tasks makes me feel good throughout the entire day.
The only problem I'm facing is maintaining a stable diet. I crave for junk food and it's so hard to fight the cravings.. !! I start my day with a banana and after that.. I eat every two hours.. but in the evening.. I just forget everything and eat something sweet or deep fried..!! And I just don't know how to control it..
When I see Instagram models I think how do they do it.. and why can't I do it.. and when I try.. I always fail.. !
