Lazy Monday

Most employees are lazy on Monday. Is it because they are still influenced by weekend holiday? I also feel that I am not energetic on Monday. Many of my friends said that they still stayed up on Sunday evening and they go to bed nearly 2 or 3 am. This explain why they are lazy on Monday. What's your opinion about this? Are you also lazy on Monday?

I do nothing very different from the other days on the weekend. Now that I am retired all days are the same.

Monday is related to the previous days. The weekend's fever has influence on Monday. Maybe. It's my thought only.

@yanzalong oh okay. And I thought it's because we feel that we have a whole week to go ahead and holiday is so far

Well, that could be one reason. Another reason could be motivation. Due to the heavy workload, I do not feel any motivation to go to the office on Monday. I often find myself dragging into things. If there were motivational factors, then Mondays could always be energetic. Just my thought!

We are of the same opinion on that, I guess.
