Poor baby bird died

Hey Mylotters. ..how are you all?
I was not at home for 22 days. I went to my parents. when I came back to my home. what I saw??????? A small bird made the nest in my balcony. I thought that eggs are there.but next day I saw 3 little baby birds in the nest. they were looking so small and cute but today morning one of them tried to fly and move.It just fell down from the top and died immediately.You can see in my picture how Mother is sitting besides dead baby bird
