window 10 up date now battery will not charge

The last up date I got from window 10 now my
battery will not charge. I did look one program with easy to read and under stand
but my dell lap top does not have the micosoft methbattery to unistal.
I did find some other drive progroms from easy driver that I can insalled for free.
but I rally like to get my battery to charge again
I have a dell inspiron 15 3000 serious, any one else has this problem?
it say 9% power battery is not charging. now after I took the battery out it can not find it
as long as my laptop is plug in I can still use it.
