I am having a busy day since the beginning of this month and I am loving it. I like to be active on my toes for the whole week and then keep a day off to enjoy and rejuvenate.
Take the required rest. See you later!

@Zelmarq Oh! Take care especially for your eyes. We should not make them overwork. We need breaks in between to relax them.

At least you got something done here. Resting your eyes is more important than mylotting.

Well, i guess you need to listen to your biological clock and not hamper that. Coming to mylot, I follow a very simple strategy which perhaps could be helpful to you. I keep a specific time to mylot and try to finish the discussions in that time frame. It also helps me to be more productive as I am focussed only on one task. However, there are times there would be something/somethings to distract. In those cases, I just finish whatever is possible and keep a different schedule altogether and that has been helping me in most cases. However, I do keep any writing assignment towards the end of my day, as I would like to slow down my mind and body towards the end of the day. So far, so good. Perhaps this strategy could help you out if you are serious about mylotting.Good luck!
