How strong is your biological clock?

I'm glad I have a very strong one. No.matter how hard I try to skip mu schedule I wake up at the same time, feel hungry at the same time and so on. My body follows a strictly schedule and I'm glad about this because this makes me work on a set schedule.
Do you have a biological click thay completely governs your life?

@rsa101 yes..most husbands are like that. They usually give tough times to girls while waking them

My biological clock is crazy! I just followed it through so that I will not end up getting sick.

@amitkokiladitya If it changes all the time, your body cannot have enough rest it really needs. Sometimes people keep on visiting so instead of resting, I end up awake.

Well, it is a good thing to have such a good biological clock. It helps you to ensure things are done in time, whether you like it or not. In my case, my biological clock is not forcing me on the hunger side, but it does have control over my sleep. In most cases, during my working days, I go to be around the same time and fall asleep around the same time and wake around the same time. Due to my schedule of very hectic work life, the hunger thing works rarely as it is random many a time. However, at weekends, I believe I get lunch feeling quickly . Guess that is something I need to work on. Good to know about you.Thanks.

I don't think we can change it by working on it. It is a natural instinct which can happen to anyone.
